In a gently ritualized space of channeled earth messages, body/breath connection, guided journaling & collective introspection, we'll contemplate how to mirror within our own lives flowers’ unwavering insistence on creating Beauty as a means of supporting Life.
This gathering is a gentle space to reground into nature’s cycles, to tend our connection to the earth and our bodies, and to practice moving out of our minds and into the wisdom of our hearts in order to take Earth-honoring liberatory action in our lives.
Sufia will lead a process of connecting to our bodies and breath, guide introspection and reflection, and then hold space for shares and reflections. No experience necessary, just bring a sense of curiosity and self-compassion.
Sufia curates earth-honoring QTBIPOC-centered spaces, and welcomes all who are ready to co-create a liberatory healing environment.
